Agreement

This Agreement is entered into by and between Mr./ Ms._______________________, (hereinafter referred to as the "Client") and EstateMC. It is valid from the date of its signature by both parties.

The purpose of this Agreement is to define the terms and conditions upon which EstateMC shall provide Client with estate management services (hereinafter referred to as the "Services") to be included in the sales offer of Client's property

________________________ located __________________________________

________________ in _______________, (hereinafter referred to as the "Property").

In consideration for the Services, the Client shall pay EstateMC the fee of US$/

EURO __________________.

The Services provided by EstateMC shall be defined in writing (hereinafter referred to as the "Presentation"). The Presentation shall be completed after this agreement has been signed and at the latest, within 2 weeks following a visit by EstateMC of the Property. This presentation shall constitute an integral part of this Agreement.

EstateMC agrees:

a) To perform the Services at the Property for the new owner as described in the estate management Presentation.
b) Not to charge the Client any fees in connection with the Services, if the new owner of the Property signs the form attached to the Presentation, declaring that He/ She does not require the services offered by EstateMC.
c) That, except for the travel expenses that will be borne by Client, the Presentation shall be prepared free of charge.
d) That these travel expenses c) shall be deducted on the invoice of the first payment
e) After the sale of the Property, to start with the performance of the Services, at the latest 1 (one) week after receiving the first payment of 75% of the total fees agreed with the Client.
